The Forsaken Chest: Memories never claimed
Chapter 1- The feet remember the path
Previous note: It all began with a photo I took — a moment forgotten, or maybe never known. A memory. A secret left behind. Every Wednesday and Sunday, open the chest. Each chapter — just 100 words. But some memories linger far longer. The first chapter is free for everyone.
Uncover the story no one claimed.
It was a Sunday morning on a beautiful spring day. The sun had just risen behind the green hills. Anyone looking up might glimpse a tremendous, infinite, and clear blue sky. The perfect frame in which the tops of the green pine and eucalyptus trees fit, gently swaying as if a sea current were carrying a gentle breeze. A picture painted on a blue canvas.
Peter takes his walk. At sixty, his stride flows like morning light through trees—soft, certain, as though time forgets to move forward.
Peter walks like a living person, but he doesn't always feel that way.

This start alone makes me think that this series will be very good. I'm curious and really want to read more. Congratulations, Rolando. I admit it's the first time I've read a series like this, but you've convinced me. I'll keep an eye out.
