Re-reading this little poem again, I can see instantly that I was correct about it the first time. It's sparse and intriguing and suggests so much said in only seven words:
An accurate road description of Psychoanalysis. Yet, my belief is that If we must take care not to close the door to the only time there is – the NOW. Otherwise we might get stuck with our attention in the past. For me, the Now is the doorway to – Everything. Including the Past. Firmly anchored in the Present I can access the Past and learn from it as well as heal it. Or, sometimes, I can access even the future.
